April is National Rebuilding Month!

It has been a year like no other, and for Rebuilding Together Baltimore, Covid 19 has changed our volunteer program significantly - but we are hopeful not for long. Although we are not hosting National Rebuilding Day with volunteer projects in Baltimore,we are still celebrating and honoring National Rebuilding Month in solidarity with Rebuilding Together Affiliates in 144 communities across the country. Since 1989 Rebuilding Together Baltimore has mobilized over 20,000 volunteers to repair more than 1,600 homes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County. We assist seniors, people with disabilities, and families with children in the home. 2021 has ushered in new programming and partnerships with opportunities to expand our reach in the City and County and to assist more senior homeowners. With a mission to repair homes, revitalize communities, and rebuild lives, we are thrilled to advocate as Rebuilders for aging in place! This April, we are participating in National Rebuilding Month by providing tips for safe and healthy homes. For seniors, fall prevention is a high priority. Join us this April by helping us prevent falls and foster independence by sharing information on fall prevention with your friends, family, and neighbors. Find out how by scrolling through the slider below.
