no-cost home repairs

 Housing Upgrades to Benefit Seniors (HUBS)

  is a Baltimore City-wide initiative of Civic Works, RTB and other nonprofit partners working collaboratively to provide  home repairs to seniors at no cost.  Homeowners must be 65 years or older to apply.

Baltimore County Age-Friendly Upgrades for Seniors (BCAUSE)

is a partnership with the Baltimore County Department of Aging, Civic Works, CHAI, and Dundalk Renaissance, and RTB.

Adults 65 years old or older are encouraged to apply. The program is no cost to help homeowners age in place.
